The Larrabee is a 76-unit condominium development in Chicago’s River North neighbourhood. The development consists of one and two bedroom units with hardwood floors. There are four retail spaces and over 90 parking spots on two floors as well as owner’s lockers. The east facing units have an unobstructed view of Chicago’s beautiful down town skyline. With a short commute to great dining and down town, The Larrabee has become a highly sought after location to live.

The Madison Club is a 56-unit condominium development in Chicago’s West Loop neighbourhood. The development consists of one and two bedroom units with hardwood floors, European style cabinets and large steel balconies. The structure consists of spread footings, masonry construction and pre-cast flooring. Demising walls between units are 12” thick block, which greatly reduces sound transmission from one unit to another. The Madison Club has two high-speed elevators and a lobby lined with Birch panels. There are five residential floors with a top floor that boasts 6 luxurious penthouses. The building features two store front spaces.

Park Community Church This building started out as an 85,000 square foot dry storage warehouse, which was converted into the main church campus and office space for Park Community Church. The $13 million build included removing the roof and adding a 1200 seat auditorium, classrooms and both indoor and outdoor parking.

Lakeview Pointe:The Residences of Lakeview Pointe consist of many types of units such as condo’s and town-homes. It offers ground floor units for those that like to view the manicured landscaping.
