MIT Builders remodelled this three-bedroom two bath single family home. The task included finishing the basement with 8′ ceilings and a new bedroom, family room and bath. Also, included in the remodelling was the installation of new hardwood floors on the first and second level. The newly renovated house is now a four-bedroom three and a half bath home after the renovation increasing its value and appeal.
